Your Purpose
As an HR Coordinator, you will be a trusted partner to employees and leaders, helping build a workplace defined by clear communication, strong relationships, and a supportive culture. Your work ensures that every employee feels valued, informed, and connected.
What You’ll Do
You will play a key role in supporting HR including:
- Lead and coordinate employee engagement programs that strengthen culture and connection
- Support recruitment strategies and manage interview processes
- Organize and deliver new hire onboarding and training
- Assist with weekly payroll processing and invoicing
- Maintain accurate employee data and process changes in our HRIS
- Respond to employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, pensions, and personnel changes
- Support administration of benefit and pension programs
- Help coordinate charitable initiatives and community involvement
- Maintain and promote wellness programs
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, values safety, and leads with integrity and respect.
- BS degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR administration experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to confidentiality
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
- Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, or UKG (Kronos) is a plus
- Approachable, adaptable, and skilled with computers and presentations
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
