The Applied Research Group at NALA is responsible for understanding the filtration performance of NALA’s game-changing water filter. We are seeking dynamic and driven individuals to join our team and contribute to the development of next-generation water purification solutions.Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related science/engineering field.- Technical Skills: Proficiency in some combination of chemistry, water chemistry, polymer chemistry, analytical methods, and material characterization.- Required Experience: Basic wet-lab chemistry (solutions, dilutions, adjusting pH), keeping a lab notebook, and following standard operating procedures.- Additional Helpful Experience: Industrial manufacturing or laboratory experience, reverse osmosis membranes or other water treatment technologies, polymers and polymer processing, mechanical knowhow.- Innovative Mindset: Ability to think creatively, propose innovative solutions, adapt to evolving challenges.- Team Player: Strong collaboration and communication skills. Ability to work and contribute within a multidisciplinary team.- Attentive: Close attention to details and outcomes to identify and document critical factors where they matter. We are hiring to support commercialization as we take our first membrane product targeted at industrial wastewater treatment and reuse to market.
