NALA Membranes is looking for a Quality Control Technician who thrives in a team environment, takes pride in clean, accurate work, and is ready to make an impact in water purification technology and American innovation. Duties will include: Performing quality control testing and inspections to ensure conformance to specifications, including sampling, analysis, and data entry; Notifying operations manager and other personnel of production problems and providing recommendations for corrective actions; Taking initiative to support team success, including taking on additional responsibilities as needed. What You Bring: Strong work ethic and willingness to learn; Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work; A great attitude for collaborative work with the ability to take direction and work in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: Be able to lift 30+ lbs; Must speak English; Pass e-verify and background check; Have good judgment and be attentive to detail; Excellent time management and communication skills; 1 - 2 years of experience in a quality control environment preferred, but willing to train the right person. Location and Shift: Zebulon, NC, with initial training in Morrisville, NC. Full-time, in-person, 5-day work week, Monday-Friday, 8 am-4:30 pm, 30-minute lunch. Why Join NALA?
