NALA Membranes is looking for a Quality Control Technician who thrives in a team environment, takes pride in clean, accurate work, and is ready to make an impact in water purification technology and American innovation. Duties include:- Performing quality control testing and inspections to ensure conformance to specifications, including sampling, analysis, and data entry.- Notifying operations manager and other personnel of production problems and providing recommendations for corrective actions.- Taking initiative to support team success, including taking on additional responsibilities as needed. What You Bring:- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.- A great attitude for collaborative work with the ability to take direction and work in a fast-paced environment. Requirements:- Be able to lift 30+ lbs- Must speak English- Pass e-verify and background check- Have good judgment and be attentive to detail- Excellent time management and communication skills- 1–2 years of experience in a quality control environment preferred, but willing to train the right person Location and Shift: Zebulon, NC, with initial training in Morrisville, NC.
