As a Project Manager Intern at Nordic Ware, you'll support a variety of active projects and work with our lead project manager to establish a new Project Management software. You'll participate in a fast-paced and innovative environment, working with members at all levels of our organization, coordinating, monitoring, documenting, and communicating to reach set goals and deadlines. You'll thrive in this role if organization, collaboration, and clear communication energize you.
What You Will Get To Do
- Learn and support Nordic Ware's Project Management Software:
- Assist in building, optimizing and implementing templates & automation.
- Help communicate benefits to key stakeholders.
- Assist in training and be available to answer questions about the software.
- Collaborate with IT to create reports needed in the system.
- Collaborate with New Product Development, Manufacturing, Engineering, Creative, Marketing, and Sales departments.
- Support project manager with existing projects by scheduling and attending meetings, completing action items, charting timelines, and preparing documentation.
- Utilize organization skills to keep track of ongoing projects.
- Document procedures for the new product development process.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We Are Looking For In You
- Currently pursuing a degree in project management, business, or a related field (Junior, Senior, or recent graduate preferred).
- 1+ years of formal or informal experience in project management (including internships), customer service, or administrative assistance.
- An interest in a Project Management career.
- Highly organized in using digital and physical information.
- Ability to prioritize and build action plans.
- Excellent in-person and virtual communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
- A high level of professionalism.
- Self-motivated, energetic, optimistic, and interested in learning and continuous improvement.
- Ability to multi-task and approach work with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Teams, & PowerPoint), strong Excel skills preferred.
This position is a flexible full or part-time paid opportunity for approximately 2-3 months this summer (2026) with the potential of continued part-time work after school begins in the fall. The selected intern will work in our corporate headquarters in Saint Louis Park, Minnesota.
