The hourly wage for this position will generally be $15.00-17.00 based on qualifications. Current Nordic Ware employees will be paid no less than their regular rate for hours worked in this position.

What You Will Get To Do
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products, answering questions, and offering product recommendations
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling credit and electronic payments
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring products are properly labeled
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, adhering to the state fair booth's dress code and customer service standards
- Basic computer skills are required, and basic register skills are preferred
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Excellent attendance and timeliness are required
- Ability to work scheduled shifts throughout the State Fair, including evenings and weekends. Weekend availability is strongly preferred.
- Experience in cooking and baking is preferred
- A willingness to learn about products, details, and functions
- Position requires the ability to stand and remain in a stationary position for extended periods throughout a shift.
- Ability to move throughout the booth environments.
- Capacity to communicate clearly with customers and understand instructions from team members.
- Must be able to move up to thirty (30) pounds.
- Requires reaching, grasping, and physical movement to stock products occasionally.
- Physical Requirements may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations.
