

SWIR Vision Systems
• Assess assembly manufacturing material and process changes and generate reliability qualification plans.
• Provide risk assessment for Manufacturing-related quality and reliability issues, customer quality issues and qualification failures.
• Support Manufacturing Change Action Board by providing reliability qualification plans, data, analysis and assessment for proposed changes.
• Work on continuous improvement projects for Reliability Engineering.
• Respond to Customer inquiry related to Reliability.
• Manages devices and testing for the Reliability Audit Program.
• Bachelor Degree preferably in electronics, physics, material science/engineering, metallurgical, chemical engineering or related fields.
• At least 0-2 years working experience in Reliability Engineering or Reliability Lab operations
• Knowledge on Environmental Stress Tests and related Failure Mechanisms is a must.
• Knowledge in reliability testing, life prediction, statistical analysis, reliability industry standards (AEC, Jedec, Mil).
• With good understanding of semiconductor physics, wafer fabrication, IC/Discrete assembly and test processes.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must possess good analytical and decision making skills.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
