Job Description
To lead package development project by GWP and co-work with NPI/Process team for new process development and handover to operation team.
Additional job scope is to collaborate with central material/BU/Application team to execute engineering evaluation for new material technology or customer request.
Qualifications
Requirements
. Technical understanding of Gel filled module package
. PIM/SSDC process knowledge
. Material knowledge (solder, Gel, DBC, Case…)
. 2D AutoCAD
. 3D Solidworks
