Intern for onsemi Suzhou ATNPI

Job Description
Support engineer to maintain and continually improve process capability, yield and reduce defect PPM.
Support Engineering build abnormal case disposition and data collection.
Support EBR and NPI activity, support machine qualification and buyoff.
Project execution for quality improvement, yield improvement and cost reduction.
Responsibilities
- Sustain FOL/EOL/Test Engineering build and NPI projects execution and abnormal issue disposition.
- Support FOL/EOL/Test low yield improvement, cost reduction, New product introduction project.
- Support EBR and NPI activity, support machine qualification and buyoff.
Project execution for quality improvement, yield improvement and cost reduction
Qualifications
- Master degree with major of engineering (chemistry, physics, material, electrical) in Y2026.
- CET4 &6 Fluent English speaking with good writing.
- Strong team communication and team work skill.
- Willing to work in semiconductor assembly site after graduate.
