onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join their Product Engineering team. As a Product Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic high paced team environment, supporting design, fabrication, assembly, and test.
In this role, you’ll be a member of DfT and Test Technology Development team, tasked with driving ATE test automation supporting Analog/Digital test strategies across various product lines. Test Development and Automation engineer will define, lead, and drive ATE automated test program generation tool, with strong emphasis on using standard test methodologies across multiple ATE platforms and products. Knowledge and experience with software development using of C++ / C# / Python / JAVA is necessary. Candidate should know ATE platform architecture and programming language to develop low level ATE code for Analog / Mix Signal blocks. End goal is to design and productize deep Analog and Mix Signal test automated solutions, enabling organization benchmarks in quality, efficient code, and test-cost goals.
Good IC and test knowledge and background, across digital, analog, RF, and mixed-signal, along with knowledge of ATE platforms, DfT strategies and test methods, and test instrumentation requirements for various Analog, Mixed-Signal, and Digital tests is critical. Prior hands-on experience working DfT, ATE Test Equipment for IC testing, and good understanding of ATE system architectures, is a must.
Requirements:
· BSEE or MSEE preferably with 10+ years of experience in IC design, fabrication, or test
· Knowledge in Analog Circuits and Semiconductor Physics
· Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Advance programming skills, and use of statistical software (e.g., Excel, JMP, DataPower/exensio),
· Experience in using lab/bench equipment or automated test equipment (ATE)
