As a Test Engineer in our company, you will work closely with production and product teams to develop production tests for products as well as develop and enhance test methods and procedures. This will allow us to meet the high quality expected by our customers as well as improve the test process, increase test efficiency, and expand test capacity.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related.
• 2+ years of experience in a semiconductor test engineering or production test role.
• Practical experience programming ATE test routines and developing interface hardware.
• Familiarity with Analog, Logic, and Discrete testing platforms.
• Strong analytical skills; hands-on knowledge of data tools (Excel, JMP, SPC).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; must support cross-functional operations effectively.
Requirements:
Test Program Development
Create and debug ATE test programs for discrete/analog/mixed-signal devices using ATE platforms (e.g., Powertech, Teradyne, other discrete testers). Work with Product/Test Engineering or Manufacturing TE/PE groups to develop interface hardware and test scripts.
Hardware & Interface Design
Design or validate PCB-mounted interface hardware, load boards, and test fixtures. Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams for fabrication and functional testing.
Production Support & Troubleshooting
Support test floor operations by promptly resolving setup issues and ensuring equipment readiness. Aid Lab Operations for new program rollout and training.
Yield Improvement & SPC
Monitor test yield and quality metrics. Use SPC and test data to identify process improvements, reduce test variability, and optimize test time and cost.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Interface with Test Engineering, Product Engineering, and Reliability/Quality groups during NPI and production release to ensure test readiness and specifications are met.
Technical Guidance & Documentation
Provide technical direction to technicians and supervisors. Participate in test method qualification, maintain documentation, and review designs for improvement.
