Education: B.E or B Tech in Electronics & Communications / Electrical (with MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
Experience: 5 to 8 years in Sales & Marketing, good presentation skills, Key customers planning, Handling Mass Market customers thru Distribution, Product and application knowledge in key segments like Auto, EV, IND, Renewable Energy, Telecom & Consumer, must have excellent customer relationship.

Responsible for Revenue Growth & Demand creation for assigned Key Customers & overall contribution to Regional Revenue planning/Targets, handling mass market Customers thru Distribution, Segment Focus - Automotive, EV, Industrial, Renewable Energy, Consumer & Telecom, Qtrly & Yearly Revenue planning, meeting/surpassing Qtrly & Yearly set REVENUE & DWIN targets, Increase overall regional Revenue & DWINs, Increase Revenue customers counts thru new segments/applications, contribute to MARCOM activities/Tech days at Key customers.
