Job Purpose
- Provide failure analysis service and root cause analysis to internal and external customers.
- Lab setup, equipment maintenance and related specifications.
- Support day to day lab operations.

Qualifications
- Diploma holder above in electronic, physics, materials science or mechanical engineering. Vocational certificate with min. 3 years experience will be considered.
- 2 years relevant experience preferred, fresh graduate will be considered.
- FIB experience will be preferred.
Working Conditions
- The job requires a person to work in normal shift and in any circumstances that work will be needed in regular evening and weekends as may required by specific job requests and urgency.
Physical Requirements
- Job covers laboratory-related works so handling with chemicals is common to the failure analysis procedure

- PAL Engineer, PAL Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
- On time analysis to all construction analysis and failure analysis jobs submitted from internal /external customers.
- Maintain lab equipment to achieve optimum utilization and effectiveness, all PM and Calibration must be carried out per requirement.
- Up keep the lab in good 5S.
- Maintain minimum and sufficient supply of equipment spare parts and FA consumable parts.
- Ensure operation test / equipment logs are in place and completed.
- Ensure lab operations conformance to EHS requirements.
- Maintain specifications per quality system requirements.
- Involve and drive continuous improvement activities.
