This position will be responsible to perform routine checks and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance

You are suitable for this role if you are/ have:
• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics / Electromechanical or equivalent)
• Experience in preventive maintenance under manufacturing environment.
• Experience in semiconductor / cleanroom equipment would be added value
• Good team player, positive & willing to learn attitude.
• Basic verbal & written communication skills (PM Checklist & Shift Pass down).
• PC literate (Microsoft application) Words, Excel, Power Point
Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of maintenance and servicing: Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshooting and diagnostics: Identify issues and determine the root cause of malfunctions using diagnostic tools
- Repair and replacement: Fix faulty components or replace them when necessary
- Testing and calibration: Ensure systems and equipment meet required standards through testing and calibration procedures
- Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service logs and repair reports
- Perform maintenance and repair on mechanical & electronic systems such as motors, pumps, and PLC.
- Work from verbal or written instructions, drawings, schematics, or sketches.
- Always comply with company protocols and safety requirements.
- Obtain and maintain all required skill certifications.
- Use quality techniques in performance of assigned tasks
- Maintain equipment and working areas in a clean, orderly condition.
- Perform other projects, tasks, and duties necessary to support site and corporate operations.
- Perform 5S activities
