Join Our Team as an RFQ & PA Administrator
Are you detail-oriented, collaborative, reliable and passionate about delivering excellent customer support? We are looking for a motivated Request for Quote (RFQ) & Pricing Agreement (PA) Administrator to join our team!
As an RFQ & PA Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers can seamlessly place orders with correct pricing and receive accurate pricing quotes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Loading and maintaining customer purchase agreements in our internal systems with precision and attention to detail.
- Structuring and configuring purchase agreements using system logic to tailor each PA to specific business needs.
- Collaborating closely with our Corporate Pricing Managers to ensure RFQs are processed accurately for pricing and negotiation and that customer PAs and backlog consistently reflect the latest price agreements with our customers.
- Ensuring compliance with established processes and standards.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to various projects as part of your secondary responsibilities.

We are seeking a results-driven professional with the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills, number-sensitive and highly accurate, with a commitment to flawless execution
- Advanced Excel proficiency for efficient data analysis, reporting and decision support
- Self-motivation and accountability, with the ability to work independently and across global, cross-functional teams
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with proven problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and adaptability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
