Formal Education Required:

Responsibilities
- Perform wafer starts (introducing raw wafers to begin manufacturing)
- Packaging finished wafers for shipments by robotic-assisted and manual methods
- Execute special requests from a work order system (splitting, archiving, preparing for shipment, reintroducing partially or fully processed wafers, etc.)
- Raw wafer receiving and inventory activities (Dock receiving, recording material into a computer system, managing physical inventory by stocking substrate shelves according to FIFO)
- Preparation of SMIF pods for wafers in a cleanroom environment
- Internal customer service to other departments within onsemi
- Supporting area cleanliness through 5S+ methodology
- As needed, providing support for department projects or cross-training opportunities
- Able to work A shift schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday from 6:00 AM - 6:06 PM.
- All required training for utilizing our spe6cific systems will be included. Depending on the task, the role takes place in a mixed office, warehouse, or cleanroom environment.
