Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in applications engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
    • Familiarity with power electronics, multiphase buck, or semiconductor products (preferred for cloud/computing/client roles).
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in tools such as Simplis, Q3D, Mathcad, Orcad, Allegroor similar software.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Travel ( 10~25%) to meet with worldwide customers and field engineers

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support & Consultation
    • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers and internal teams.
    • Assist in assessing customer requirements and propose suitable product solutions.
  • Application Development & Demonstration
    • Develop reference designs, demo boards, and prototypes to showcase product capabilities.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and FAE.
  • Documentation & Communication
    • Prepare technical documentation, including design guides, test reports, etc. for customer and FAE.
    • Collaborate with marketing and NPD teams on new product definitions and validations.
  • System Integration & Testing
    • Validate product performance in customer applications and troubleshoot technical issues.
    • Perform lab evaluations, measurements, and simulations to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance application solutions.
    • Participate in process optimization and quality improvement initiatives.
