Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in applications engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
- Familiarity with power electronics, multiphase buck, or semiconductor products (preferred for cloud/computing/client roles).
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in tools such as Simplis, Q3D, Mathcad, Orcad, Allegroor similar software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Travel ( 10~25%) to meet with worldwide customers and field engineers
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support & Consultation
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers and internal teams.
- Assist in assessing customer requirements and propose suitable product solutions.
- Application Development & Demonstration
- Develop reference designs, demo boards, and prototypes to showcase product capabilities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and FAE.
- Documentation & Communication
- Prepare technical documentation, including design guides, test reports, etc. for customer and FAE.
- Collaborate with marketing and NPD teams on new product definitions and validations.
- System Integration & Testing
- Validate product performance in customer applications and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Perform lab evaluations, measurements, and simulations to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance application solutions.
- Participate in process optimization and quality improvement initiatives.
