onsemi is seeking a driven, self-motivated professional to join their Logistics team. Traffic Analyst will be part of the Asia Command Center. Main responsibility is coordinate delivery to customer with line down issues, establish level of priority required, ensure close communication with Customer Service Representative/Supply Chain Analyst or manufacturing sites.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics or a related field
2. Two years working experience at a minimum, preferably in semiconductor industry, supply chain or logistics.
3. Effective organization and time management skills
4. Fast learner with good ability to multitask
5. Effective verbal and written communication
6. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Interface between respective Factory Shipping, Supply Chain Analyst, Factory Planners, Customer Service and Global Distribution Center for critical shipments.
2. Establish and coordinate priorities required by analyzing urgency of expedited shipment requests and be able to make decision on most optimal shipping method.
3. Challenge special or priority shipping method and ensure most appropriate ship method is used. Request use of Premium Shipping Services such as Express Service, Next Flight Out or Handcarry as required to meet the delivery requirement to avoid line down.
4. Work with Customer Service to develop a short-term Customer Recovery Plan, when required.
5. Attend to expedite shipment request received from Customer Service Representatives, approve shipments and validate instructions to Global Distribution Centers.
6. End-to-end monitoring of critical shipments by coordinating directly with freight forwarding partners or with use of tools available.
7. Consolidation of die expedite list to Die Bank, and separate packing list to factories for urgent devices.
8. Work hand-in-hand with Command Centers from other regions such as in Europe and US.
