- Preparation of employment contracts, amendments and other HR documents
- Onboarding & offboarding (procedurally smooth and legislatively correct entry and exit).
- Work with HR and attendance system - recording personal data, working hours, leave and absences& ensure high level of data accuracy
- HR systems & digitalization: description and streamlining of workflow, digitalization of applications and approvals, data hygiene and basic reporting.
- Preparation of payroll documents - cooperation with payroll accountant
- Administrative support of the HR department and other related activities
- Preparation of reports
- Cooperation with global HR teams
- Solving common work questions and employee problems.
- Monitoring legislative changes in labor law.
- Ensuring compliance with internal rules and labor regulations.

- University education
- Experience in HR in a manufacturing company – min. 3 years
- Active knowledge of English,
- Basics of working with data and process documentation (SOP), orientation in HRIS is an advantage.
- Interest in AI/automation
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proactive approach, creativity, teamwork, communication and organizational skills
