  • Preparation of employment contracts, amendments and other HR documents
  • Onboarding & offboarding (procedurally smooth and legislatively correct entry and exit).
  • Work with HR and attendance system - recording personal data, working hours, leave and absences& ensure high level of data accuracy
  • HR systems & digitalization: description and streamlining of workflow, digitalization of applications and approvals, data hygiene and basic reporting.
  • Preparation of payroll documents - cooperation with payroll accountant
  • Administrative support of the HR department and other related activities
  • Preparation of reports
  • Cooperation with global HR teams
  • Solving common work questions and employee problems.
  • Monitoring legislative changes in labor law.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal rules and labor regulations.
  • Other Shared service duties as assigned

  • University education
  • Experience in HR in a manufacturing company – min. 3 years
  • Active knowledge of English,
  • Basics of working with data and process documentation (SOP), orientation in HRIS is an advantage.
  • Interest in AI/automation
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proactive approach, creativity, teamwork, communication and organizational skills
  • Responsibility, independence, diligence, systematicity
