Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or Project Management or a related field.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated initiative and eagerness to learn.
- Adaptability and flexibility in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers with planning, coordination, and execution of multiple semiconductor new product development projects.
- Support the team in tracking project progress, updating timelines, and maintaining documentation.
- Attend and partake in project meetings, take minutes, and prepare summaries for distribution to stakeholders.
- Help monitor project budgets and resources, financial reporting of any discrepancies or issues.
- Contribute to risk identification and mitigation activities under supervision.
- Participate in stakeholder communications and help draft project updates.
- Undertake research and analysis to support project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required by the Project Manager team.
