Job Summary:
onsemi is looking to hire a Planning Assistant to join the Product Data Management (PDM) team.
The Planning Assistant plays a key role in supporting new product introductions, documentation control, and product data management to ensure compliance with business rules and timely execution. This position involves managing document configuration, handling data migration projects, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve product-related issues and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:
- Graduate of technical/vocational course or any degree course with an equivalent experience on semiconductor manufacturing operations
- With at least 3 years hands-on experience in Semiconductor industry
- With good communication skills (verbal & written) & customer centric, works well under pressure and fast pace environment, assertive, passion for learning, achievement and excellence.
- With good computer skills and proficient in MS Office Application
- Knowledge of ON Semiconductor Data Management System and processes (AGILE, Oracle, DocServer, EDAC, and MBOI) is preferred
- Willing to work on shifting schedule
Responsibilities:
- Performs Documentation Control and Setup for New Product Introductions and Kit Devices to Support New Product Development and TTM metrics
- Performs modifications and product attribute updates on existing device types to support Business Units.
- Performs Document configuration management and application of appropriate Business rules
- Ensure that product document and data setup are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Handle Data and Document Migration Projects for Acquired companies and integration
- Assist Team’s ongoing projects and activities
- Escalate and coordinate any issues that would adversely affect the product or customer
- Improve Cycle time on Product data requests and processing
- Hold and Conduct Product related meetings to resolve Quality issues
- Managing Internal and External (Off Shore) Customers
