- Minimum 10 years experience in pricing, sales, finance or marketing
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or engineering, or related fields
- Experience in utilizing pricing optimization software (ex: Zilliant, Vendavo, PROS)
- Experience in high-stakes B2B negotiations
- Candidate should have basic to intermediate proficiency in AI tools relevant to productivity and decision-making.
- Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms for drafting reports and SOPs, generating training materials & supporting decision-making with quick data insights.
We’re looking for a strategic and people-focused Corporate Pricing Senior Manager to lead our Asia Pacific/Greater China pricing team in Shenzhen. This role is central to how we negotiate, respond to market shifts, and collaborate across business units to shape pricing strategies that drive growth and impact.
- Lead and mentor a team of pricing account owners, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment between sales and Business Unit strategies and growth goals
- Oversee strategic pricing negotiations, guiding your team through complex, high-value deals and ensuring consistency in execution.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with sales and business unit leaders to ensure pricing strategies reflect current market dynamics and competitive positioning.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, driving accountability and continuous improvement across all pricing operations in the region
- Develop scalable processes for responding to quote requests and managing pricing updates, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Champion team development, providing coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities to elevate pricing expertise across the organization.
