- Our goal is to achieve the production volume target, and we work as a team to accomplish this.
- We process wafers using equipment according to the manual so that the raw material (silicon wafer) becomes a product (semiconductor) with the electrical characteristics desired by the customer. (Equipment operation & handling)
- We inspect product performance according to the manual before shipment. (Product inspection)

- Able to wear a cleanroom suit and work in a cleanroom environment (may feel restrictive for some individuals)
- Able to work in shifts (4 teams, 3 shifts; 6 days on, 2 days off)
- Day: 06:00–14:00
- Swing: 14:00–22:00
- Graveyard: 22:00–06:00
