As a Probe Engineer, you will be responsible for electrical testing and sorting of semiconductor dies on wafers. You will operate and maintain probe equipment, analyze test data, and collaborate with device and test engineering teams to ensure high yield and quality. This role is ideal for recent graduates with a strong interest in semiconductor manufacturing and test processes.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Semiconductor Engineering, or related field
- Basic understanding of semiconductor devices and wafer fabrication processes
- Familiarity with probe station operation and test principles is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Operate probe stations and testers to perform Electrical Die Sorting (EDS) on semiconductor wafers
- Analyze wafer-level test data to identify good and defective dies
- Manage probe cards and ensure proper contact between tester and wafer pads
- Perform inking or IDA (Ink Dot Application) on defective dies for downstream sorting
- Monitor and improve probe yield and test efficiency
- Collaborate with device engineers and test engineers to resolve probe-related issues
- Maintain and calibrate probe equipment including testers and probers
- Support wafer sort process optimization and yield improvement initiatives
