Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Semiconductor Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
- Entry-level or up to 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of semiconductor processes and device physics
- Preferred: Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab)
- Strong communication skills in both Korean and English

- Develop and improve unit processes to enhance productivity, quality, cost, and technology competitiveness
- Analyze and resolve chronic or recurring process issues
- Support new device development and set up new processes
- Improve process quality metrics such as Cp and Cpk
- Conduct data analysis and apply statistical methods to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with equipment, quality, and production teams to drive process enhancements
