The Equipment Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. This role supports manufacturing operations by performing preventive maintenance, responding to equipment issues promptly, and collaborating with engineering teams to implement improvements.

- Education: Diploma in electrical / Electronic / Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years or fresh grad in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
- Support equipment installation, calibration, and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment reliability.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly to minimize production impact.
