This pivotal role will involve leading cross-functional teams, managing key customer relationships with key automotive OEMs, T1s and regional Accounts, and ensuring the successful development and delivery of industry leading SiC solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of power electronics, especially in SiC power devices, of automotive market and applications, and a proven track record in managing complex programs from conception to market launch. As a PLM, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the operations and growth of the business unit, ensuring its position as a market leader in the industry. This role requires an experienced leader who can drive roadmaps development and execution, lead the operations, deliver financial success, and establish long-term partnerships while navigating the dynamic SiC industry landscape.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or higher degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a related field preferred; MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the power electronics industry, specifically on automotive HV applications or segments.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of power systems, including SiC MOSFETs and power modules. Experience with automotive standards and HV application requirements is highly desirable.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to senior leadership and external customers.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Definition: lead product definition of intelligent power solutions for automotive applications, by clearly defining and validating the product value by interacting with end customers (OEMs, Tier1) and internal teams (system architecture team, application engineering, technology development, packaging team, program managers and product and test engineering teams).
- Program Leadership: Lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of automotive programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer requirements, and market trends.
- Cross-Functional Team Management: Coordinate and collaborate with product management, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver high-quality power solutions.
- Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for key automotive OEMs, managing relationships and driving customer satisfaction through regular updates, issue resolution, and proactive engagement.
- Product Development: Oversee the development lifecycle of key automotive applications, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product strategy and innovation.
- Financial Management: Manage program budgets, forecasts, and P&L responsibilities, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present program status, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with company goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
