• BS or BA in Business, Supply Chain Management; 2–3 years of manufacturing planning experience is a plus.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills; familiarity with supply chain systems (Oracle, I2, JDA, SAP, etc.) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes, including demand planning, BOM, lead time, and cycle time.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle complex planning tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to coordinate and organize activities at a global level.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Sales, Engineering, etc.).
• Understanding of manufacturing production processes.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written) for global communication.
• Candidate should have basic to intermediate proficiency in AI tools relevant to productivity and decision-making.
• Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms for drafting reports and SOPs, generating training materials, and supporting decision-making with quick data insights.
• Responsible for the key supply chain metrics (such as OTD, revenue) related to the product group.
• Manage order processes (demand schedule and improvement, production plan creation, capacity review, lead-time maintenance, manufacturing expedite process, manual schedule order, delinquency review, etc.) and activities for respective products.
• Ensure Quality System compliance.
• Communicate customer demand and supply issues.
• Optimize global customer order on-time delivery.
• Act as an interface between key touch points (such as Manufacturing, Customer Specialists, BU Planning Manager, Sales and Marketing, Engineering, etc.).
