About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to spearhead the Asia Mass Market Sales and Business Development Program. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building a high-performing sales organization across diverse markets in Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Strategy & Execution:
- Define and implement the Asia Mass Market Sales strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Set clear targets and ensure operational excellence to achieve business goals.
- Team Leadership:
- Manage and develop senior sales professionals across multiple countries.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement in a fast pace sales environment
- Market Development:
- Identify New Growth opportunities and execute Strategy and Tactics Programs to gain share
- Build strong relationships with key Channel Partners.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partnering with Leaders in Sales, BU, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to Deliver results.
- Performance Management:
- Meet KPIs, analyze market intelligence and emerging trends and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 12–15 years of progressive sales experience, including leadership roles in multi-country environments.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing large-scale operations.
- Strong understanding of Asia mass market dynamics and distribution channels.
