Qualifications – External
Requirements:
Candidates for this position should have Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or related field including Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business. Capability related to the following requirements will be a plus
- Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- SQL or PL/SQL skills a plus
- Experience with Power BI and Tableau a plus
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting demands and priorities
To be considered for an internship, you must be currently enrolled in a degree seeking program. This position is specifically looking for someone who will be enrolled in Bachelors Degree Program.

Candidates for this position will be responsible for the following functions within the Logistics Group in the Supply Chain organization at onsemi.
- Lead regular meetings with key carriers to review performance and any issues
- Create and present quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to onsemi’s carrier base
- Assist with the issue and follow up on 8D requests (Formal damage investigations)
- Coordinate adhoc spot quote requests across multiple providers and shipments
- Participate in the Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementation
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Data Analytics utilization to drive efficiencies
