Qualifications:
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and PLCs.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with safety standards and preventive maintenance practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
- Install, calibrate, and test equipment to meet operational specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize equipment-related disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
