- Technology graduate (Electronics, Electrical, or related field).
- NC II Board Repair Certification (TESDA or equivalent).
- Expertise in instrumentation and electronic troubleshooting with 2–3 years of experience in board repair or related electronics maintenance (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of PCB repair for ETS88, Power Support, Plating Boards, and Package Saw Motherboards.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
- Skilled in soldering and rework (surface-mount and through-hole components).
- Familiarity with ESD safety practices.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and minimize production downtime.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Repair and troubleshoot defective boards for ETS88, Power Support systems, Plating Boards, and Package Saw Motherboards.
- Perform root cause analysis on board failures and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce unexpected downtime and maintain repair history documentation.
- Test and validate repaired boards to ensure functionality and compliance with quality standards.
- Respond promptly to board-related issues across assembly and final test areas to minimize production delays.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
- Prepare detailed reports on repair activities, failure trends, and recommendations for improvement.
- Suggest process improvements and stay updated on new repair technologies and techniques.
