This position is for a Machine Shop Technician with expertise in CNC milling, TIG welding, and an NC II certification. Who is responsible to fabricate parts for Mold, Trim and Form, Plating and other operations.

- Mechanical Engineering Technology graduate or equivalent.
- NC II Certification in CNC Milling and/or TIG Welding (TESDA or equivalent).
- Proven expertise in CNC machine operation and programming.
- Skilled in TIG welding for precision metal fabrication.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Knowledge of machine shop safety protocols and proper material handling.
- Experience in fabricating precision parts and maintaining machining accuracy.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) for quality checks.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in machining and welding operations (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Fabricate precision parts using CNC milling machines based on engineering drawings.
- Perform TIG welding on metal components to meet structural and dimensional requirements.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints for accurate fabrication.
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including loading programs and adjusting tools.
- Inspect finished parts for quality and compliance using measuring instruments.
- Maintain and perform preventive maintenance on machine shop equipment.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet fabrication requirements.
- Document work performed, including part dimensions and machine settings.
- Support continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to machining and welding processes.
