- Minimum Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance or related field.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and manufacturing standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with PLCs and automation systems.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or TPM principles.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues and implement effective solutions.
- Support equipment installation, calibration, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve equipment reliability.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects.
