The Technician is responsible for supporting the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. This role requires hands-on technical skills, adherence to safety standards, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in equipment maintenance or technical support within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance standards.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
- Assist in equipment installation and calibration.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and spare parts usage.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production impact.
