ON Semiconductor (Nasdaq: ON) is hiring a Global Customer Manager for Strategic Accounts which is an exciting opportunity that will broaden and enhance your skills and challenge you daily. This is a customer facing role. Vital to the role is proactive collaboration with internal account stakeholders such as Sales, the BUs, Global Supply Chain, Corporate Pricing and Business Operations. The value of the organization rests in solving complex forecasting, demand and supply issues and influencing key business decisions to support customer objectives. In this role, you will enjoy corporate visibility, a fast pace environment, data analysis, understanding of larger business implications of supply, and the positivity and collaboration of a global service organization. A successful candidate will be self-directed and self-driven to achieve corporate and customer objectives.

BS degree in business or marketing or related field from an accredited university is required. MBA is a plus.
Experience in a customer facing service environment required
Fluency (written and oral) in English required
Intermediate level Data analysis skills specifically in Excel using complex formulas, pivots, and charts are required.
Willing to travel up to 10% domestic and international
Preferred and or ability and desire to learn:
Experience in presenting complex issues at the executive level
Global experience
3 years’ experience in semiconductor, contract manufacturing and/or high-tech industries.
Identify and validate demand for strategic customers.
Triangulate customer forecasts from multiple sources.
Understand overall capacity situations and direction of the company for key areas for expansion or constraints and monitor against my customers’ current and anticipated future needs.
Sell and Extract the Value of ON Supply Chain Competencies to our Strategic Customers.
Drive customers’ accountability to demand forecast.
Deliver processes, tools and metrics towards a credible and accountable demand statement within our process.
Aware of and utilizes market trends and relevant information regarding the customer's market. Including customer's own published earnings reports etc.
Understands company strategy with their customer, able to convert to (and drive) actionable goals.
Support the GCM team with business analytics, development of automation, reports and tools
