- Work within the Application team to support BU objectives
- Define and validate specifications for SiC JFET and SiC JFET Cascode
- Conduct comprehensive experiments to verify product performance
- Design and build customized test circuits and automated test systems for product characterization
- Provide technical support including design reviews, promotional material preparation, and customer issue troubleshooting
- Develop evaluation boards for target applications
- Prepare and deliver technical collateral (datasheets, application notes, user guides)
- Analyze market trends and benchmark competitor products related to SiC JFET and Cascode technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic understanding of Si and SiC MOSFET principles and their role in power electronics
- Basic knowledge of SMPS (Switching Mode Power Supply)
Preferences:
- Experience in electrical/electronic/semiconductor industry, particularly in device characterization or application engineering
- In-depth knowledge of power semiconductor devices, including SiC JFET, Cascode structures, and Power MOSFET technologies
- Understanding of various topologies and power conversion (AC/DC, DC/DC)
- Technical skills: P-Spice, Simetrix, PCB Layout (Allegro, Altium), MATLAB, and TCAD, etc.
