Position Requirements
- BSEE / BSECE, 3-5 years of Device/Product or Test engineering experience in a semiconductor environment.
- Experience in semiconductor processes (silicon fabrication/probe testing/assembly/final testing).
- Project Management training preferred, experience in handling projects is an advantage.
- Must demonstrate ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Strongly driven to product results in a timely fashion or strong sense of competitive urgency.
- Proven track record of effective problem solving and good engineering judgment.
- Good verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong desire and a sense of urgency to succeed.
- Strong skills for interpersonal relations, including collaboration and coordination with global cross functional teams.
Candidate responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead new product development activities, including MOSFET, SiC , GaN Discrete and GaN Driver
- Facilitate and coordinate design, process, assembly, test and releasing of the product to market
- Work closely with design, test, device engineers in varied locations in a team environment
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders for effective problem solving and completion of product development in a timely manner
- Perform product characterization, analyze data, and deliver clear, actionable reports
- Generate and maintain project documents such as product data sheets, test specifications, Engineering build requests, reliability test allocation, test related reports, project documents and support for other manufacturing related documentations.
- Agile management for project documentation and updates as well as for product attribute set-up
- Collaboration and coordination of global functional teams
- Prepare and present status updates of critical projects to upper management
