onsemi is currently seeking an experienced Product Engineer to develop and optimize Si, SiC & GaN power devices. This person will utilize her/his knowledge, skills, and most importantly energy and willingness to learn, to take on challenges to support onsemi’s technology and operations teams to improve the reliability and manufacturability of our Si, SiC & GaN power device products. This position reports to the Senior Director, Design for Reliability and Manufacturability.

Requirements:
- BSEE / BSECE, at least 6-8 years of device/product or test engineering experience in a semiconductor environment.
- At least 5 years of semiconductor new products development procedure and execution management experience
- Experience in semiconductor processes (silicon fabrication/probe testing/assembly/final testing)
- Familiar with power devices operations and applications
- Proven track record of effective team leadership, problem solving and good eng’g judgment
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Strong knowledge of statistical data analysis and problem-solving tools
- Strong skills for interpersonal relations, negotiation, including collaboration and coordination with global cross functional teams
- Ability to multitask & self-driven to produce results in a timely fashion with strong sense of urgency
