Responsibilities
1. Own and define the overall SiC Epitaxy mass production process structure
2. Lead development, optimization, and technical standardization of SiC Epi growth recipes
3. Drive design improvement and new concept development of consumables in SiC Epi growth chambers
4. Design and validate SiC Epi processes for new products and new technologies, and transfer them into mass production
5. Analyze fundamental mechanisms of SiC Epi defects and establish long-term improvement strategies
6. Lead root cause analysis and resolution of critical technical issues impacting yield, quality, and process stability of SiC Epitaxy
7. Collaborate cross-functionally with Equipment, Production, Device, Technology Development, and Quality teams to define SiC Epi process technology direction and improvement roadmap
8. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior and SiC Epi process engineers

Qualifications
1. Recognized expert in SiC Epi or GaN Epi technologies
2. Master’s degree or higher in Epitaxy-related fields
3. 10+ years of hands-on experience in SiC or GaN Epi R&D or mass production processes
4. Proven end-to-end experience from process development through production ramp-up and stabilization
Preferred Qualifications
1. Deep practical expertise with Aixtron Epi reactors
2. Experience in process setup, production line build-up, or initial ramp-up for SiC or GaN Epi
3. Experience with new equipment introduction, process transfer, or technology migration
4. Demonstrated success in physical root-cause analysis and mitigation of major Epi defects (e.g., surface defects, dislocations, stacking faults)
5. Experience leading technical teams or major process development projects
