As a Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the long-term performance, durability, and dependability of integrated circuits and semiconductor devices. You’ll work cross-functionally with design, process, and test engineering teams to identify failure mechanisms, develop reliability models, and implement robust testing protocols that meet industry standards and customer expectations

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in reliability engineering within the semiconductor industry.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor physics, failure mechanisms, and reliability testing methodologies.
• Proficiency with statistical analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab) and reliability modeling.
• Experience with lab equipment such as thermal chambers, probe stations, and failure analysis tools (e.g., SEM, X-ray, curve tracers).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with automotive-grade semiconductor reliability (AEC-Q100).
• Familiarity with advanced packaging technologies (e.g., 2.5D/3D IC, flip-chip).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other quality systems.

• Develop and execute reliability test plans (HTOL, HAST, Temp Cycle, ESD, Latch-Up, etc.) for new and existing semiconductor products.
• Analyze failure data and perform root cause analysis using techniques such as FMEA, Weibull analysis, and fault tree analysis.
• Collaborate with design and process engineers to improve product robustness and manufacturing yield.
• Ensure compliance with JEDEC, AEC-Q100, and other relevant reliability standards.
• Support qualification of new technologies, materials, and suppliers through reliability assessments.
• Maintain and improve reliability databases and reporting systems.
• Present findings and recommendations to internal teams and external customers.
