QUALIFICATION:
- Currently enrolled in BS Industrial Engineering or any similar degree
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
- Professional attitude and respect for safety protocols
- Initiative and accountability in assigned tasks
- Ability to manage time and work under pressure
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for monitoring operational activities with focus on identifying and minimizing Non-Productive Time (NPT), and implementing strategies to convert NPT into productive time to enhance overall efficiency and output.
