- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management; MBA or MSIE preferred.
- Minimum of five years of semiconductor manufacturing experience with strong knowledge of equipment and processes; ten years preferred.
- Proficiency in semiconductor metrics, data analysis, and clear presentation of results.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong technical capabilities, including VBA and SQL; proficiency with FabTime required.
- Broad understanding of wafer‑fab cycle time, scheduling, and dispatching.
- Expertise in statistical analysis and Lean methodologies; Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with operators, engineers and managers toward site‑wide improvement.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and successful in team‑based environments.
- Self‑motivated and able to drive projects to completion in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.
- Ability to work 10–20% of the time in a cleanroom environment.

- Maintain and improve site Capacity Model. Perform capacity analysis for various scenarios. Be able to evaluate bottlenecks and provide options to increase capacity.
- Develop and maintain an accurate Labor Model.
- Establish, track, and refine site goals and performance metrics; create new metrics as needed.
- Oversee factory loading to meet capacity and cycle‑time requirements.
- Maintain a variety of site computer systems with various programming requirements.
- Maintain and improve various dispatching systems. Train and guide manufacturing operators and leaders in dispatching systems.
- Gain consensus among all impacted groups prior to implementing system changes.
- Collaborate with Corporate Industrial Engineering team and Corporate Supply Chain Management Team.
- Lead cross-functional improvement teams and Kaizen events to solve complex problems and/or achieve measurable productivity gains.
