- Experience with laboratory measurement methods and equipment
- Knowledge of Design FMEA, analog circuit techniques, and hardware design
- Basic understanding of microelectronics, IC manufacturing processes, and statistics
- Familiarity with CAD tools for electronic circuit design
- Certification according to Czech Electrical Safety Standard (Nařízeni vlády 194/2022., §5 for junior / §6 for experienced employees)
- Strong communication and organizational skills, creativity, innovation mindset, and customer‑oriented approach
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Active written and spoken English
- Provide technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, and support during installation and maintenance of company products
- Assist the sales team in evaluating customer needs and defining suitable applications and technical specifications
- Develop mini‑applications, prototypes, and demonstration setups to validate feasibility and showcase product capabilities
- Support product capability assessments, validation activities, and early‑stage customer evaluations
- Deliver technical follow‑up support to both customers and internal teams, ensuring applications function according to specifications
- Create reference designs, system demo boards, and application examples to promote new products
- Write application notes, technical articles, and other documentation
- Collaborate with Marketing and New Product Development teams on product definitions, system concepts, and validation activities
- Optimize the use of available resources, including laboratory equipment, tools, and internal processes
- Adhere to company policies, safety and environmental regulations, and contribute to continuous improvement in these areas
- Participate in the creation, implementation, and development of the quality system, ensuring high standards of technical output
