- University degree in a technical field (Engineering, Computer Science, or related)
- 10+ years of experience in product development and at least 5 years leading teams with direct responsibility for new product development
- Strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle (architecture, design, validation, launch)
- Ability to lead complex technical programs across multiple functions
- Excellent communication, decision‑making, and leadership skills
- Advantageous: experience with HW/SW/system‑level development, leading global teams, high‑reliability or regulated environments, or an MBA

Work Location: Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, Czechia
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering team and oversee the complete development of new products from concept to market launch
- Define and guide technical architecture, design, implementation, integration, validation, and launch readiness
- Make key technical decisions, manage risks, and ensure delivery meets performance, quality, cost, and timeline targets
- Ensure customer applications and real‑world use cases are embedded into product architecture and requirements
- Oversee the creation of reference designs, validation environments, and application examples
- Build and develop engineering team, set processes and standards, and foster a culture of technical excellence
- Collaborate with Product Management on roadmap, specifications, and feature prioritization
- Coordinate product introduction with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Manufacturing
- Provide technical leadership during pilot projects and early customer deployments
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes, product quality, and overall engineering efficiency
