Diploma/Degree holder with about one to four years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
Analyze the weekly MP run to ensure all customer orders are met.
Daily planning using BV / FAST scheduling tool to support manufacturing and fulfill FOTD.
Coordinate and work with the material planner and procurement team for piece part ordering and issuance.
Liaise with warehouse and die cage on piece part and die inventory control.
Liaise with manufacturing on delinquencies, output/lagging lots/expedites/inventories and delivery plans.
Schedule and execute to engineering build.
Communicate with global planning group on the demand outlook and die support issues.
Respond within 24 hours on delinquency recovery plan and expedites.
Interface daily with manufacturing to coordinate delivery of products to satisfy customer expedite requests to avert customer line down situation.
Work closely with the shipping department to ensure all products are shipped out per committed ship out date.
Coordinate between various functions (manufacturing, engineering, support) to ensure smooth NPI or new product transfer set-up.
Update weekly on manufacturing performance e.g. output / lagging lots etc., to management.
