Minimum Qualifications - Currently enrolled in a degree program (Diploma, Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Mechatronics, or related).
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor devices and test principles.
Preferred Skills - Familiarity with JMP/Minitab/Python for data processing.
- Coursework or projects involving MOSFETs, semiconductors, or electronics testing.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams.
1. Sustaining Engineering Support - Assist in analyzing test/yield data to identify performance shifts, recurring failures, or systematic trends.
- Participate in sustaining projects focused on cost reduction, test time optimization, and material/process improvements.
2. COGS Engineering Activities - Support investigations of cost drivers (test cost, scrap, material usage, equipment efficiency).
- Prepare data summaries to support proposals for COGS reduction initiatives.
3. Production Line Support - Assist engineers in monitoring production health across probe, assembly, and final test.
- Coordinate with Test Operations, QA, and Manufacturing when deviations are detected.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting - Perform statistical analysis (SPC, correlation, outlier analysis).
- Prepare engineering reports and dashboards for cross-functional reviews.
5. Problem-Solving & Experiments - Support engineering builds, characterization runs, and small DOEs to validate changes to process/test/parameters.
- Document experiment results and present actionable findings to engineering teams.
