Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies and operational plans for Tier 1 automotive customers, in collaboration with product lines and cross-functional teams.
- Lead account and regional planning efforts by leveraging customer engagement, competitive intelligence, and strategic relationships with customers and distributors.
- Drive Design-Wins and Design-Ins for both existing and new product families, generating demand within Tier 1 automotive accounts.
- Grow revenue and expand onsemi’s product content at Tier 1 customers by aligning with their platform requirements in sensing and power applications.
- Strengthen strategic partnerships with key customers and effectively communicate onsemi’s value proposition.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and/or business development, with a strong background in the automotive industry.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful account and regional strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience with high-power electronics, EV traction systems, or power semiconductors.
- Strong experience in managing key automotive customers (experience with top global tier1 is preferred).
