- Perform maintenance and operation of facilities equipment in the semiconductor electronics plant (Electrical system, HVAC, chillers, air compressors, vacuum, gas mixer RO, EDI, water treatment plant, ...) ensuring equipment reliability and efficiency.
Thực hiện bảo trì và vận hành các thiết bị facilities của nhà máy điện tử bán dẫn (Electrical system, HVAC, chillers, air compressors, vacuum, gas mixer RO, EDI, water treatment plant, …) đảm bảo độ tin cậy và hiệu suất của thiết bị. - Operate equipment to provide energy sources for production adequately and comply with ISO9001:2015, IATF16949:2016 requirements in the semiconductor and automotive industries.
Vận hành thiết bị cung cấp các nguồn năng lượng cho sản xuất một cách đầy đủ cũng như tuân thủ theo các yêu cầu của ISO9001:2015, IATF16949:2016 trong nghành công nghiệp bán dẫn và automotive. - Ensure equipment operates safely in compliance with state regulations and ON Semiconductor corporate requirements.

- Graduated from college or higher, majoring in Mechanical or Industrial Electrical.
Chuyên ngành: Tốt nghiệp Cao đẵng trở lên, chuyên ngành Cơ khí hoặc điện công nghiệp. - Experience working with electrical and mechanical systems in a manufacturing plant
Đã có kinh nghiệm làm việc với hệ thống điện và cơ khí trong nhà máy sản xuất. - Sound engineering experience proven within a manufacturing environment
Kinh nghiệm kỹ thuật vững vàng trong môi trường sản xuất. - Punctual and able to meet deadlines
Đúng giờ và có khả năng đáp ứng thời hạn công việc. - Ability to read and understand technical documents, product catalogs in English
Có khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật, Catalog sản phẩm bằng Tiếng Anh. - Analytical skills are an advantage

- Collect, analyze, and summarize information and related trends, propose appropriate actions to improve or adjust accordingly.
Thu thập, phân tích và tóm tắt thông tin cùng các xu hướng liên quan, đề xuất các hành động phù hợp để cải thiện hoặc điều chỉnh cho phù hợp. - Perform repair work and handle technical faults of equipment to minimize impact on plant production.
Thực hiện công việc sửa chữa và xử lý các lỗi kỹ thuật của thiết bị để hạn chế tối đa ảnh hưởng đến sản xuất của nhà máy. - Ensure compliance with output quality standards of facilities systems (EDI water, compressor air, wastewater, ...).
Đảm bảo tuân thủ chuẩn chất lượng chất lượng đầu ra của hệ thống facilities (EDI water, compressor air, wastewater, …..). - Participate in the process of analyzing the cause of incidents, propose appropriate actions to prevent recurrence.
Tham gia trong quá trình phân tích tìm nguyên nhân sự cố, đưa ra những hành động phù hợp để tránh sự cố lặp lại. - Propose equipment upgrades and improvements to increase machine productivity and reduce costs.
Đưa ra đề xuất nâng cấp cải tiến thiết bị, chi tiết máy để tăng suất máy và giảm chi phí. - Support and transfer knowledge to operating staff.
Hỗ trợ, chuyển giao kiến thức cho nhân viên vận hành. - Besides the above tasks, employees must be ready to perform other tasks as assigned by superiors or department heads.
Ngoài những nhiệm vụ trên nhân viên phải sẵn sàng thực hiện công việc khác khi có sự phân công từ cấp trên hoặc trưởng bộ phận. - Other duties as assigned.
