As a Technical Project Manager, in the technology team, you will be responsible for the Technology Lifecycle Management of onsemi’s Image Sensors and Depth Sensors.
You will be involved in leading new sensing technologies, from first simulated concepts, through R&D planning, achieving various development milestones towards maturity and productization. You will oversee projects on a global scale and will work across engineering disciplines (from Pixel design, and advanced FAB processes, through characterization, validation, and qualification of packaged devices). You will support business units, and international technology, design, and technical marketing teams.

- B.Sc. background in Engineering/Physics.
- Experience with Silicon FABs processes and process dev methodologies is a must.
- Semiconductor technology program management experience is a strong advantage.
- System level understanding of Image or Depth sensors is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with project and lifecycle management methodologies and tools.
- Experience working in a global scale, preferably in an international corporate with diverse teams spanning multiple time zones on a regular basis.
- Excellent communication skills in English – both written and verbal.
- Program management of sensor technologies in all stages of development.
- Communicating across design teams, FABs, Assembly houses and productization teams, Managing R&D timelines, budgets, staffing, and KPIs.
- Coordinating schedules, tasks, Risks and goals across international teams.
- Reporting program status and KPIs to executive level.
